Rewind is a volunteer run organisation, and is socially owned and run. It takes a lot of work to manage admin, activities, governance and upkeep.
This means no one is paid to maintain Rewind, which is quite a lot of work! But the more people we have involved, the easier it is to distribute this load between everyone. You need not have heaps of free time or have special skills, just motivation, community drive and openness to learning!
There's endless things we could do with more hands. We have a huge list of ideas already but yours are just as welcome too! There's an incredibly large variety of things that can be done, you could organise a meetup of some kind, setup a new service for people to utilise or work on an artistic project!

Familiarising yourself with the venue bible, being a responsible person for events, borrowing and tool libary.

Running different business arms of the space like the jam room, bar/cafe

Specialised skills, building, painting, space making
Technical
Sound/LX teching for events!
